About Me
I started my career working as a gym instructor and group exercise teacher for Virgin Actives Flagship Site, swiftly progressing to freelance personal training and Pilates. After qualifying in Exercise referral, I began to move into clinic settings, working as an Exercise Specialist for the NHS.
I have received awards from the Mayor of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea for my work within communities and the positive changes I have made in people’s lives. and was also featured on SkyOne’s ‘Fat Families’.
